Composition of a litigation register
An Excel file with several tabs:
Customer" tab
Contains information relating to the customer concerned by the register. It is composed of the following blocks:
Parts tab
Lists the information associated with each selected accounting document. It is made up of the following elements:
Part number” field: Part identifier
Characteristics” block: Key part data
History” block: History of actions or movements
Comment” block: Comments entered
Linked documents” block: Documents of the Parts category selected in the Attachments tab, stored in the “Parts” folder.
Dunning" tab
Contains dunning actions that have integrated at least one of the parts in the register. It is structured as follows:
Dunning number” field: Identifier of the dunning action
Characteristics” block: Action details (type, date, channel, etc.)
Parts” block: List of parts concerned
Contact block: Contacts who received the reminder
Comment” block: Comments specific to the action
Linked documents” block: Documents linked to the dunning notice, excluding:
PDFs of parts (already listed in the “Parts” block)
Message content (already included in the “Features” block)
Platform" tab
Contains data relating to the platform. It includes :
Linked documents” block: Platform category documents selected in the Attachments tab and stored in the archive’s “Platform” folder
The registry also includes several folders, created from documents selected in the Attachments tab:
Customer
grouping together customer category documents
Parts
grouping documents of the parts category
Platform
grouping platform category documents

- All documents related to the actions carried out which contained at least one of the items selected in the table of accounting documents.
