Context
In the temporary employment sector, companies have to manage a large volume of invoices every week. These invoices are often paid in instalments, making them difficult to track. What’s more, local teams are numerous and dispersed. This makes coordination difficult.
In this context, Start People was using a competitor’s software. However, this tool, which was too rigid and not very intuitive, was no longer suitable. Reminders were carried out partly manually, resulting in wasted time and inconsistent actions.
Objective
The aim was threefold:
Structuring large-scale customer reminders
Improve monitoring of collections and disputes
Automate the processing of residual balances
Ultimately, the aim was to transform receivables management into a performance lever, rather than an administrative constraint.
Solution implemented
To meet these challenges, Aston AI deployed its Cash Collection solution, configured according to the network’s specific needs:
Automated follow-up by email, post or SMS, according to defined scenarios
Risk-based customer segmentation with predictive scoring
Ergonomic web interface accessible to all agencies
Consolidated dashboards for a national and multi-site view
Integrated dispute tracking, with automatic shutdown of affected scenarios
In this way, the solution enabled local teams to rapidly build up their skills, while ensuring efficient centralized management.
The results were very positive:
+90% platform adoption
x3 on the volume of reminders
28% reduction in DSO
These gains show that well-thought-out automation doesn’t replace teams, but reinforces them. As a result, managers can concentrate on complex cases, while the system handles simple reminders.
