Background and objective

EAU PLUS operates in the building and civil engineering sector, providing plumbing, tiling and heating services. The company generates a regular volume of customer invoices. Although it was equipped with accounting software adapted to its activity, collection lacked structure. Reminders were ad hoc and not very formalized. As a result, keeping track of outstanding invoices was complex and time-consuming.
The objective was clear: to have a real collections software. EAU PLUS wanted to automate its reminders, make them more methodical and improve visibility of receivables, without jeopardizing the existing system.

Aston AI deployed its Cash Collection solution to structure collections simply and efficiently. The platform automated reminders and centralized tracking of unpaid invoices. As a result, teams have reduced the time spent on manual tasks. At the same time, they gained greater clarity over outstanding invoices and the actions to be taken.
Result: more regular payments, better control over cash flow and a more professional customer relationship. Collection is now a reliable, structured and controllable process.
