Context
SaaS local authorities: SAS software publisher for the public sector, the company had to manage complex flows with multiple contacts. Reminders required traceability, formalized reminders, and exports for justification. The lack of centralization was wasting time and increasing the risk of disputes.
Objective
Eksaé had to contend with a receivables management system that was still too dependent on partially manual processes. Reminders were inconsistent, cash receipts were difficult to monitor and visibility of customer balances was fragmented, in an environment involving numerous public contacts.
The aim was to make collections more reliable, better anticipate unpaid bills and structure customer reminders procedures, while guaranteeing a clear, traceable framework adapted to the requirements of the public sector.
Solution implemented
To meet these challenges, Aston AI has implemented its Cash Collection solution. ASTON + SaaS integration + consolidated visibility. The platform has been configured for proactive receivables management, with automated reminders, risk segmentation and integrated predictive scoring. All accessible via an intuitive web interface, with no technical overhead.
The introduction ofAston AI Cash Collectioncoupled withSaaS integration and consolidated receivables visibility, has enabled Eksaé to modernize and structure its dunning process on a long-term basis in a multi-actor public environment.
Thanks to theautomation of reminders, risk segmentation and predictive scoring, teams now have more reliable control, with better traceability of actions and a significant reduction in manual tasks.
In concrete terms, Eksaé has seen a sharp rise in the collection rate to less than 45 days, while achieving a key result: zero administrative disputes, thanks to more formalized, secure and easily justifiable reminders (exports, history, proof).
In addition to cash performance, the solution has saved operational time, improved available cash flow, and made collection processes completely secure. The company has thus been able to unite its teams around a common, collaborative and scalable tool, transforming accounts receivable into a genuine lever for management and cash flow.
