The debt collection and economic intelligence market includes some 500 players, with annual sales in excess of 500 million euros. Every year, French companies write off an average of €56 billion in unpaid receivables, of which only €2 billion is recovered.
To celebrate its 40th anniversary, SAR is organizing the Congrès des Syndicats du Recouvrement. The syndicate’s role is to facilitate cash management, mainly for SMEs and craftsmen.
Today, ANCR, now SAR, is the benchmark union for debt collection and commercial intelligence in France. Its mission: to support the development of its members and promote the key role of the Debt Collection business. These member-companies employ 1,500 debt collection and commercial intelligence professionals, and recover over 1.5 billion euros in civil and commercial debts every year.
ASTON AI, an associate member of SAR, has been working for 10 years to combat late payment by offering its collection software in several versions adapted to the specific needs of companies, bank & factors and now collection agencies. So in 2021 ASTON AI launched a new version of its collection software dedicated to collection firms: ASTON AI Cash Collection Recovery. This software optimizes and digitizes the processes of white-label collection agencies or those operating on behalf of their customers.
In this year of 2021, still marked by the health crisis, the role of collection agencies is to help companies recover from the economic downturn. The mission ofASTON AI is to enable collection agencies to digitize their collection reminder processes.
