So a year ago we were looking for a solution to make life easier for our collections team, and I gave my finance team the task of finding a suitable solution to meet our objective of reducing DSO. So we had a choice of several solutions, since we did a little comparative market research, and our finance department opted for the Aston solution for several reasons.
The first is that it’s a hosted solution, so we don’t have to worry about implementing an IT tool to complement those we’re already using.
Secondly, we found the solution to be agile, scalable and easy for our teams to get to grips with. It enabled us to reduce our customer collection times. On the one hand, we have a certain number of statistics that were previously very complicated to obtain via the eternal Excel files, and on the other hand, above all, it has enabled us to free up our teams to do value-added work. I think we’re all the more satisfied that the Aston AI team, throughout the deployment, is still very attentive to our requests.
