Aston AI scoring

Aston AI Scoring is the scoring system built into the Aston AI software. It combines several criteria—such as the length of time payments have been overdue, the amount of outstanding debt, and payment history—to rank customers and prioritize collection efforts.

Example

In the morning, the collections specialist sees at the top of the list the customers with the lowest scores and the largest overdue amounts: those are the ones he calls first.

Why It’s Important

With hundreds of customers, it’s impossible to handle everything manually. Scoring shows you where to focus your time to bring in the most revenue.
