Dynamic aged balance

The trial balance is a historical balance sheet that is automatically updated based on accounting data. In Aston AI, it is updated every night.

Example

Instead of exporting an Excel file from the accounting department every week, the credit manager opens his dashboard in the morning: the previous day’s payments are already reflected there.

Why It’s Important

A balance that isn’t updated quickly becomes inaccurate. With an up-to-date balance, you avoid sending another bill to a customer who has already paid, and you can immediately spot any new late payments.
