Context
Specializing in cultural by-products, this SME has a strong presence in Europe.
Now part of an international group, it was nevertheless faced with a scattering of collection methods between its subsidiaries.
Processes varied from country to country, making consolidation complex and time-consuming.
This is why the finance department, together with the credit manager, launched the search for a single tool.
The objective was clear: harmonize practices, make data more reliable and reduce payment times.
Objective
Abysse Corp specializes in cultural merchandising and has a strong presence in Europe.
The company was facing recurring difficulties in managing its accounts receivable.
Manual dunning processes were wasting time, resulting in irregular follow-up of collections and a lack of visibility on customer balances.
To rectify these problems, Abysse Corp wanted to streamline debt collection.
It also wanted to anticipate non-payments and structure reminders more efficiently and proactively.
Solution implemented
To meet these challenges, Aston AI has implemented its Cash Collection :
fully customizable dashboards, a detailed aged trial balance for each subsidiary, as well as a multi-subsidiary and multi-currency data consolidation system.
AI-enhanced customer risk analysis (internal scoring, credit limit management, notifications, etc.) and the possibility of integrating external strategic information (from a credit insurer, our partner CréditSafe or others).
The platform has been configured to ensure proactive receivables management, with intelligent, automated reminders based on risk segmentation.
The finance department automatically receives detailed reports at the desired frequency, including a consolidated cash flow forecast of debtors’ payment experience.
Sales reps and other mobile profiles have access to a mobile/smartphone-optimized version, enabling them to manage their portfolios in real time, all via an intuitive, collaborative interface.
The integration of Aston AI Cash Collection has enabled us to make major advances, such as automating time-consuming tasks, saving operational time, securing dunning processes and, above all, improving available cash.
Thanks to our platform, the company was able to improve the analysis and management of its receivables, reduce its DSO, and unite its teams around a common, collaborative and scalable tool. A real paradigm shift in cash management. These results demonstrate the practical effectiveness of well-thought-out digitalization of the relaunch process. They enable the company to turn receivables into cash leverage, while streamlining exchanges with debtors.
